Exclusion right of withdrawal 

Cryptographtrading excludes her products and services from right of withdrawal, but only if Cryptotographtrading has clearly mentioned this with their offer, at least in time before the conclusion of the agreement. The end-user can not make use of their right of withdrawal if the product that Cryptographtrading delivers concerns a delivery of software other than a material carrier. Right of withdrawal will be excluded when: a. the execution has started with the express prior consent of the end-user; and b. the end-user has declared that he loses his right of withdrawal; and c. the product has actually been delivered to the end-user in its entirety.
